On November 15, Hunan Haorun Technology Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance of 2.5MW/5MWh PV storage charge integration demonstration project and officially put it into operation in Changsha. This is the first demonstration project of PV Storage Charge in Hunan Province, which is a major breakthrough in the application of lithium-ion in new energy storage technology and has a milestone significance!
Hunan Haorun Industrial Park PV storage charge smart green energy Micro-grid demonstration project integrates a new type of intelligent stacked lithium-ion energy storage power station (5MWh), distributed rooftop photovoltaic (2MWp), BIPV building photovoltaic integration, intelligent dual-axis tracking photovoltaic system, shared liquid-cooled super new energy vehicle charging station, and the park’s intelligent EMS micro-grid management cloud platform. The micro-grid system is a set of green power zero-carbon micro-grid system with high degree of intelligence, high security and high scalability, which can satisfy the demand for safe production and consumption of distributed new energy micro-grid power in situ, as well as the requirements of multi-energy economic operation. Through data collection, monitoring and control of the micro-grid system, optimization analysis, data storage, real-time abnormal alarms, and can ensure the safe and smooth operation of the micro-grid, combined with power generation and power consumption prediction functions, to achieve optimal scheduling of power generation and consumption within the micro-grid, through optimal operation and power demand control and other strategies, maximize the use of green energy as well as grid-side peak shaving, to achieve the maximization of the benefits of the micro-grid system, park Zero carbon emission, with high demonstration and promotion value.
The new intelligent stacked lithium-ion energy storage power station adopts the world's leading PACK automated production process, full inspection automated intelligent production line, three-stage BMS management structure, three-stage immersed perfluorocarbon copper safety fire-fighting system, one-stage liquid-cooled thermostatic system, and multi-functional and compatible PCS system for inverter-booster integration.
